Ethical' can mean different things to different people. So let us explain what we mean by ethical enterprise. 1. We source our range from certified fair trade and freedom business. The products you purchase are providing a life giving income for the makers their families and provide funding for community programs. 2. We want to see the end of slavery and work in collaboration with other charities seeking the same thing such as IJM and Be Slavery Free and other smaller 'not for profits'. 3. We value being sustainable environmentally, socially and as a social impact business. Many of our products are created with repurposed or recycled fabrics, metals and leather. Some are made by the ancient craftsmanship techniques passed down through generations and yet others the skill set is introduced to vocationally train women so they can establish independence. 4 Finally we also have a small selection of Aussie made handcrafted products.

Pot Plant Holders
We have a range of hand made pot planters. This monkey knot pot is one of our best sellers. But you can also have the choice of larger woven jute basket pot holder or the smokey tones of Kubu rattan. What is Kubu? It is a traditional technique of soaking the rattan canes in mud and leaves for about four weeks before weaving the basket. It is a natural treatment against woodworm and other bugs and the rattan changes colour to an earthy pale grey.
